DeezyBot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You acknowledge that use of automated tools on third-party platforms carries inherent risks and you accept full responsibility for any consequences.

2. Third-Party Platform Terms

Automation may violate the terms of service of dating platforms including but not limited to Tinder (with more platforms coming soon). By using DeezyBot, you acknowledge this risk and agree that we are not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms against your account, including suspension or permanent bans.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your dating platform accounts and any interactions that occur through them. You agree to use DeezyBot ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for any content generated on your behalf and any dates or meetings that result from AI-assisted conversations.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific number of matches, conversations, or dates. Results vary based on many factors including your profile quality, location, dating platform algorithms, and personal preferences. Statistics cited on our website represent user-reported outcomes and are not guaranteed.

5. Subscription Terms

  • Accounts are billed immediately upon selecting a plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeezyBot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of dating platform accounts, missed connections, or any outcomes from AI-generated conversations.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
