Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect

• Account information: email address and hashed password.
• Preference data: your swipe patterns and preference signals used to train your personal scoring model.
• Conversation metadata: message counts and response timing to optimize conversation performance.

2. What We Do NOT Store

We never store photos or images. Profile photos from dating platforms are processed in memory for AI scoring and are never saved to our servers or any persistent storage. Once scoring is complete, the image data is discarded immediately.

3. How We Use AI

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to power profile scoring and conversation generation. Your preference data and conversation context are sent to Claude's API for processing. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. We never store your full credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

5. Data Deletion

You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing support@deezybot.com. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account, preference data, and all associated records within 30 days.

6. No Selling or Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the DeezyBot service.
